Ok I was reading this not that long ago in i believe yahoo news.. It said that not enough sleep is a problem and to much sleep can cause death.. In a way this sorta freaks me out.. I am a person who needs 10 hrs sleep to function right seriously or I am just plain tired all day and don't want to do anything... Do you believe this is true? To much sleep can cause death? I'd like your opinions on this!

I heard this very same thing on the radio, and I thought, "Good Grief, this is something else for me to worry about". My hubby says that it is junk science, but I don't know. I usually get only 6 hours a night, and I don't feel totally rested, but I wake up and can't get back to sleep. I wish I knew the answer.

Me too, i normally sleep my average sleep 6-7 hrs I'm lucky to get.. I try not to sleep more than that.. But sometimes i end up so tired i need a nap to actually feel awake.. I wish the news would be a tad bit more straight with us.. Umm like going to the doctor and he says rest as much as you can.. Now after hearing that it's like no i don't want too.. Guess i might have to ask my doctor when I go back and see him again... thanks so much for your reply!

For real?
OMG!
I always oversleep; like about 12hours a day. LOL
What I'm gonna do if I don't feel like getting up yet?

Wow. I have never heard of that before. I have heard that when we get very little sleep, we tend to age alot faster. I have never heard that we will die faster by sleeping alot. Alot of bodies need that rest, especially if we work alot.
