i have asthma,the use of excessive hormones,the formation of steroid-dependent,a similar situation to remind friends of the attention,you can add more exercise and vitamins,less use of hormone.

Asthma is a respiratory allergy. So hormone can do work.But in the other side, hormone have a lot of side effect, steroid-dependent just one kind. So in acute asthma attack, hormone is very effective. But it is not a good suggestion to use hormone all time, especially chronica asthoma. It is very important to do more exercise to strong yourself in Chronic asthoma. Another very effective method is seperating yourself from the allergens. Take care of yourself. Have a good time on mylot.
