who are going to stop these regular accidents ?

hi friends this is true that now-a-days there are so many accidents and bomb blasts r happening that we common mass r seriously suffering from fear & insecurity of getting out of our houses or residents. what the higher level authorities r doind ? not bringing any tough traffic rules , not paying any attention towards the daily working people.
I m from kolkata, some few days ago an accident happen over the famous howrah bridge, so many people died , but still there is rash drivings and overtakes , who will listen to us?

well its like higher authorities in india r like this only..
about bomb blasts 1 cannot do anything unless know where and when see the taj incident ..said as security authorities were with them so wat can we do..
it was nearly the opposition party who wanted to get deshmukh out of rule which they get.. so in india politicians want their own money and never think wats going on those guys for whom they r doing all this..
