your parents would have to get an annout to send that money to you, cus the card is not your so they will not let you do that you parent get account and send it to you paypal account.

Hi Dear, You cannot use your parent's debit/credit card to fund your paypal accout. If you want to fund with your parent's debit/credit card, then the paypal account should be in their name only. Because Paypal links the details with the bank account details and if the mis-match is there it won't allow you. So the option is either create a account on your parent's name whose card you want to use, or wait for some time and join good earning site and receive funds from them
