Is it just me or did youtube crash?

All of the other websites work? Can you try it? It's been crashed for about 5 minutes? Do you think it's the North Korea thing?

I have used Youtube this morning and it works fine. I don't know about Isreal but I think this week or last there was something in China and I heard on the news that they were blocking some sites so that citizens will not see them as has happened when there was a dispute with Tibetans.
