Do you think a lot of HR have abnormal psychology?

I went to a foreign capital corporation for an interview today. The result was I failed. I obviously felt the uncomfortable atmosphere when I was interviewed by a woman who must be the HR. Before interviewed, I went to the washroom first, because the receptionist told me wait a moment. But when I went out of the washroom, I saw the HR. She stared at me up and down with unkindness eyes,and then I followed her to go to a meeting room for the interview. During the interview, she was continuously asking me questions as picking my flaw deliberately, and never concern my abilities. Cold face,no smile,asked me why I quit my ex-jobs,what do I do during the no job period, and why don't I find a job during this period? Nonsense! If I had a job why do I come here? And she looked down upon my diploma. I graduated from a adult university in my part time,but I have not delayed my study and work.My classmate said that she didn't care about adult university,the most important thing was she has learned lots of in this university and never weak than full time. Before come to here,I thought foreign capital corporation was better than state owned where should be care about personal abilities,but,I was wrong.Every HR represents their company,so as far as I concerned it was not a good company.
