Do you like walking in the rain?

Many people I know like walking in the rain. When I was a kid, my playmates and I would take a bath in the rain, in our own backyard. Moments like that are priceless for us. The rain served as our playmate. The heavier the rain, the better. Today, I hate the rain because it causes traffic and wets my shoes. It brings more hassles than joy to me now. How time changes my perception of rain.

Hey this post of yours is still last 2009 . But what the heck , i can relate . I love walking in the rain when we were in primary grade and is already going home . And we would walk wet and would pee as we walk in the rain too .

I used to play and take a bath in the rain when I was younger. It feels good to be playing with your friends. But now, what I like is walking under the rain but with my umbrella. I love it when my feet get wet. I like the cool breeze it gives.

When we were kids and never bothered about the things going on around us that much and when we really did not take life that seriously, Walking and playing in the rain would have been the best and one of the most enjoyable sport for any child or kid . Definitely anyone would love rain! But as we grow up and get busy with our lives and get more serious about life, We tend to forget about these small joys of life which we always and earlier used to enjoy! I guess we lose a lot once we grow up and start looking at life at a totally different angle! As you said Time changes our perception of looking at things. Anyway Appreciate your effort for posting Such a Topic that brings back our Childhood memories. Cheers and Have a nice day!

YES!!! I love rain , and I like to play in rain too.. Oh, thank you for starting this discussion! I remember when I used to walk back from school and walk very slowly when it's raining. Others would run, I will walk as slow as possible to get soaking wet before I reach home. Oh that's such a nice time! Looking up in the sky, tasting the rain! Oh how I miss it now...

now that i have grown up, i hate rain.. it's so messy on my shoes and legs..!! but i also hate the sun, it's so hot.. i can always have a headache during that time... grgrgr..!! vice versa...

that's true, however, i haven't played in the rain yet. But someday i wish i could.Ü Though i've walked in the rain when i was in high school due to heavy traffic.
