Does InboxDollars pay members outside US?

Help me guys.
I just joined InboxDollars, I accidentally signed-up from a link in one of the tasks here in MyLot.
However, I found out my earnings go up fast so I started to like the site.
But I checked the support and found no explanations whether they pay members outside US or not?
And they do not pay via Paypal.
Have you had experience with InboxDollars?
