Do you do book/digital scrapping??

Hello my friends, 
Recently i love digital scrapping. I have designed few layouts and pasted the photos on it. I believe digital scrapping will be one of my hobby in the rest of my life.
After having a baby, i love taking the photos of him. I want to record his growth by doing the digital scrapping.
You can see below, this is latest layout i have made for my son.

Nopes, I haven't done any scrap booking, but I would love to. I have taken tons of baby pictures and have some nice stories to go with it too. I have never heard of digital scrapping. How do you go about it? And can you take print outs and make it into a nice book, which the baby can see when he grows up?
