Hi, i don t have problems with my weight, but i have a very good friend, who just in one month lose 15 kg. And i am sure 100% that shes diet work, is a succesfull diet in my country, is not hard to keep this diet.
First you must know that what we make people be fat is sugar. 100%.
A big doctor say that who have sugar in his home, have a lot of desease too.
So here is diet;
- 2 weeks, every day, same diet;
1.in the morning, 1,2,3 as you want and can cups with coffee no sugar. One boiled egg, and 50g cheese.
2. to lunch, 350g fish, chicken(no skin) or beef...what you like more, and 30g cheese.
3. in the evening, but never after 7 in the evening, same as to lunch.
In this 2 weeks, no juice, no alchool, just what i write before.
After 2 weeks, you will lose, 10 kg, maybe more, depend how much you respect the diet.
Next 2 weeks, you can eat same in the morning, but you can start to eat to the lunch and in the evening, a salad.....this is very important, first 2 weeks, never eat vegetables and fruits...all this have a lot of sugar, and this sugar make us to be fat.
And after a month, you can eat wHat you want ..BUT.
NEVER MUCH SUGAR, A NORMAL PERSON MUST TO EAT, TO KEEP HIS WEIGHT, JUST 15 G SUGAR, THIS MEAN.. 3 LITTLE SPOON WITH SUGAR, OR A SALAD, OR JUST ONE FRUIT, IN A DAY, ...THIS IS A LIFE STYLE, SUGAR CAN KILL,
SO, I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, I AM HERE.

Hi, friend.
Well I don`t have a overweight problem as i practice regular workout and stretching. It really helps.
Also, the best way to lose weight is daily Yoga for about 15-30 minutes. But, one has to be regular for at least 4-6 months to see the amazing effects.
Happy Mylotting!!

Yeah, I am sure. I have seen lots of people benefit from Yoga for relaxation and healing as well as figure maintaining. Moreover, its a verified science and written documents as old as 6000 years exist. So, its reliable.
Well, telling anything about a Yoga practice without illustrations is not possible. But, still feel free to contact me for more information (well, i am not an expert in it). I will try to give the best i can.
Try watching out for Yoga books on freebooksclub, free-ebooks.net etc. Also, one can attend yoga classes. You can also watch yoaga illustrations on tv. But, availability of yoga classes and its tv broadcast depends on your location. Besides India (where yoga originated), many countries like USA, UK, Canada, Russia, Australia have started giving these facilities.

I find the best way is to keep moving. Take walks, that is fast walks, or run or jog if your knees are not that bad. If you alternate fast walks or runs with regular walks, like run or walk as fast as you can, and then when you get tired, walk regular, it will shock your metabolism keeper who cannot keep pace.
Of course, you have to give up junk food, and eat more fruits and vegetables plus whole grain products, but if you just do that, your metabolism will slow down. Another thing is to make sure the food you eat fills you up and has no artificial trans fats (butter and whole milk contain trans fats but they are natural and our bodies know how to use them) and read the labels -try to stay away from anything containing high frucose corn syrup. This is hard if you do not grow your own food and if you are poor, working class, or lower middle class because much of the food that is cheap contains either corn syrup or trans fats. So therefore instead of Captain Crunch have rolled oat porridge, instead of white bread have whole grain bread that contains little or no white flour. Eat fruit instead of having juice except for the one you have at breakfast. Trim the fat off of meat, use lean or extra lean beef instead of regular, eat fish and poultry regularly. Beans are also good. Cut down on the sugar. Use butter or olive oil sparingly and check the margarine to see if it contains trans fat and do not use those.
Also take a multi-vitamin and check to see if you are deficient in anything. Oh another thing, if you can,eat meat that comes from cows, pigs, sheep etc. who are out in the field, not in the feed lots.
And by the way, you can have a treat once in a while. Don't over do it.

hey there
I am sure many other comments were similar to mine. The best way to loose weight is to eat smaller portions of food often. Don't eat large portions of food late at night. Cut down on the amount of saturated fat you are consuming. This isnt always easy but try to make concerted effort to read food labels. It is sometimes easier to grab a burger if you are tired and had long day at work. Maybe on your day off cook a batch of something healthy and freeze portions of it for when you are tired and dont want to cook. Also take regular exercise if you can. Walk as much as possible and drink plenty of water. Good luck

i gradually lost 15lb without ever trying... all i did is changing some foods to a healthier one. for example, if i add an oil to my salad, then i'd add cold press oil instead of regular one, this way i don't get any trans fat. if i fry something, i fry on coconut oil because it doesn't turn into trans fat when it heats up. I try to eat fruits and veggies raw instead of cooking them, end up getting good results too... if i make i soup then i'd make broth first and then add veggies to it and leave it uncooked. if i bake something, then i bake the bough and will stuff it with raw fruits after it's cooked. this way i can eat exact same things and loose weight at the same time... it's also very healthy so i feel great too...

I also have a weight issue, I find it's hard to keep slim.
I was 62.5 KG, 178 cm four years ago, but now I got more than 80 KG in weight. I am fat, I want to lose some weight but it's really hard. I tried for about a year and failed, maybe I didn't try my best. I think the best way to keep slim is doing more exercises and eating less.

Hi Kircho, I have never needed to diet or lose weight but the main thing to lose weight and then retain new weight is to always try and eat healthily, which does not mean you can't have bad foods in moderation; and exercise, even if it is just walking. I know many people who have been on diets and then put back on the weight once they have stopped dieting as they have just followed the diet, lost the weight , and then returned to their old unhealthy eating ways. I believe that dieting makes you fat and you must in fact change the way you eat to a healthy regime.

Drink lots of water, at least 2 liter per day. Try to exercise regularly and don't skip meals, but consume in small portion. Eat yogurt, it works! Good luck!! :)

Sure. That is about a friend. He always do this, but he had also problems again(with his weight)- he goes to the gym almost for 1 year- but no result. I have heard about a online product Proactol.. Any idea if it works?
