Not sure if you mean stop spinning or just everything die off. Either way it will happen eventually given enough time, I don't think we can comprehend how long it would take. I don't believe that anything Man can do would bring it about. Even if we nuked ourselves. Eventually the dust would settle, dormant seeds would being sprouting again, and the Earth would go on.

Yes. According to me there is going to be an end in our lives and in the live of the EARTH.
