If somehow, we can t live in our city or in our village, because air is not good, or something happened with this earth, and you must choice a new home, what you will choice?
A new home under the sea..is possible, is a idea for future, in special places, where we can breath...or
A new home to other planet, where we can start a new life?
You love so much this earth and try to rest here, even this life can be under the sea., or want to explore new possibility, to other planet?

Hi icesmile!
I would choose another planet for living, where there is no air or water pollution. Hopefully, it will be an exciting experience to live on another planet and watch the earth moving on axis from that planet. I think Scientists are working on it and may in future, possibilities of a live on some new planet may start existing.
Good Post!

Some people lived in underwater or underground. Very much possible cos nowadays people run out of space due to globalization and urbanization. Saving the forest the people were no shelter just to live underwater or underground. Or other planet Mars by 2022. By 2012 some say there are many calamities and rumors of wars. Lack of clear and pure water. Japan & Costa Rica they are good in preserving their forests. Let us plant trees. Cos other places trees are being cut down to widen the roads. To make buildings or illegal logging. Let us plant trees and vegetables in our backyard for emergency food.

I also live in a crowded and congested city. Going to other planets might seem to be cool but I don't think if I can live on those kind of places. We don't really know what is the kind of life out there in the universe. Some planet like Mars don't have oxygen and no life at all so I can't live there either. I am also dreaming of a new home somewhere but I think it would be in an island. I like nature and the sea.

If I were to choose between living in other planet or under the sea, I'll choose the former. This is because I want to explore new places and experience new things. I've seen how it is like under the sea, but never seen or imagined how it feels to live in other planets.
We should embrace a whole new world of living and possibility,
Just my two cents. :)
Happy mylotting!

am imagining a glass dome with everyone there and the fish and creatures of the sea all swimming above us. a life under the sea could be claustrophobic, but i guess it is better than going to another planet with residents looking like squid with big head and skin colored silver as neighbors?

I am claustrophobic, so I would like other planet much better...if I can see sky and other planets...feel the space and stars at night...looking at planet earth from far distance...

If I had to choose, I would choose to live underwater. I love the ocean and everything like that. I have a marine biology minor (originally major). But yeah I love the water and if it was possible I would live under water in a heartbeat.
Maybe I'll live in Atlantis if it can ever be found ;-)

Hi, Ice!
I've been SCUBA diving as long as I can remember. I would dearly love to live under the sea. There's a resort near here where people can stay in a totally underwater environment for weeks at a time, and even participate in undersea research. It's one of those things I have a special little savings account for, hoping to be able to afford it someday. Our oceans are so magnificent and, for the most part, ignored!

I do hope that before these things happen, we "earthlings" should have done something to cease the unfavorable event. Nevertheless, exploring other possibilities is so not out of league, neither. The idea of living underwater is not bad. It reminds me of some novel that I can't quite recall the title. Who knows, living with the fishes can be a lot of breeze.

If it were possible to live on another planet, I would go now and leave everything (but my husband and my cats) behind. Astronomy has deepened my interest in living on another planet...I would love to live a life of solitude.
If possible, I'd love to live on one of these planets: Venus, Neptune, or Jupiter. I'd like to vacation on Mars, though. I'd leave right now if it were possible. :)

i think i would want to live under the sea. its like that star wars movie, and jar jar binx takes them to that cool place under the water. i would love to live there. ive always loved the ocean, and i used to think if i could have a house where the walls were like a giant fish tank, and it looked like i was living in the ocean, that would just be the coolest thing ever. i would want to live where the water was blue though, so you can see the fish and whatnot. if the water was like where i live, you wouldnt be able to see i think because its so dark and salty.
