Can you go look, what is that thing on Google today?

Right at Google.com, It has bolts of electricity rising off of it, looks like its in a storm and the bottom part I just do not know. What is the occasion?

its the birthday of Nikola Tesla he was an inventor, mechanical and electical engineer.

looks like thunder storm thingy it happens quite a few times here already since spring lights were off and on again I hope I am not in the middle of writing anything when it happens again
