HI! My husband and I love chicken so I have to find lots of different ways of making it so that it doesn't get boring. I found this wonderful recipe when I was trying to figure out what to make us for Valentines day. It's like fried chicken but sooo much better. You need Chicken tenderloins , Block of Cheddar Cheese, some Corn Flake Cerial crushed, Egg beaten, Toothpicks, and a Baking Pan. You cut a slit into each piece of chicken and slide a good hunk of cheese in there. Then use the toothpicks to hold it together. (I guess you could also use baking twine but I never have.) Then pull the pieces through the egg and coat with the crumbs. I also like to season my crumbs with some garlic, salt and pepper, and shredded cheese first but thats just me I suppose anything could be used. After that just put it in the oven till it's cooked through. I usually serve baked slices of red potatoes and corn on the cobb when I make this. I hope you enjoy!

I buy a whole chicken (less expensive), and make fried rice with garlic. I dd to it fried onions, raisins. You can also add tart apples and almost anything you like. Fill the chicken as you would for turkey and to the oven. I use a not so hot oven so it will cook well inside. I leave the skin: it get wonderful toasted crisp.

Hi,Here's a recipe an auntie of mines use to make and I liked it, it's quite simple and doesn't need much ingrediants at all, give it a try.
==What You Need==
2 Packets Of Mushroom Soup, (Powder Form)
1 LTR Of Ginger Ale
2 KG's Of Chicken Pieces
Mixed Vegetables
==Preperation==
Make sure chicken pieces are fully thawd, place in roasting dish and roast as usual in oven, once chicken is nearly cooked, strain all the fat from dish, then prepare marinade. Mix in a jug the 2 packets of (powder form) mushroom soup with the 1 ltr of ginger ale, mix well, pour over chicken and return to oven, marinade will start to thicken as it cooks, on last few minutes of cooking add you're favourite mixed vege's or stir fry vegetables, cook untill vege's tender and serve with mashed potatoes.==Enjoy==

in our country the classic adobo taste a bit sour and salty because of the soysauce. You cook the vinegar and soysauce and water, put a little pepper, a small slice of ginger and a piece of laurel leaves. Once it reached its boiling you may add a bit of sugar if you want it sweet then put the sliced chicken. Boil until the chicken is tender.
If you don't like the recipe, you can't go wrong with roast chicken and prepare some gravy and salad.

I like chicken barbeque. Have you tried it already. Chicken tinola tastes great, too. JUst saute your garlic,0nion, ginger and then add the chicken.Add some salt and pepper. After that you add some water. And when the chicken is almost done, you can add a green papaya. I don't know if you are already familiar with this. Or why not have your chicken grounded and season it and wrap it in whatever is available in your home.
I hope I helped you. Happy my lotting to you.

When I come home from work the last thing I want to do is cook a meal that wont be ready until 9pm. So I have my chicken in the bottom of the fridge ready to go in the over. I soak the chicken in jerk sauce, put in 2 inch deep pan covered with foil and bake on 400 for 40min's I toss a green salad to go with it because I cook so much of the chicken so I don't need to much more to fill us up so the green salad does just fine. After the chicken cooks for 40min's covered I take the foil off and cook for 20min's more by the time everything else should be ready including the table maybe even a shower and than dinner is ready. Enjoy the chicken is sooo good you will lick your fingers.
