i know that a lack of sleeping time can precipitate the obesity... so i draw the conclusion that sleeping gives us good health.after a night sleeping,we are in a good status again,so we are able to full of energy to greet the challenges in the day.have a nice day!!

Our body is like a machine which needs to rest at some point. Sleeping helps us to relax and let go of all the tiredness. If you do not sleep the you will soon see that you body tends to shutdown. Sleeping is good for health. But that doesn't mean you should sleep all day because then it won't be good.
You should sleep at least eight hours daily according to doctors. This eight hour sleep is good only if it has no dreams/nightmares in it. Dreams or nightmares tends to keep our brains active giving them less rest.

yes sleeping is very good for health. if you don't sleep then you won't have the energy to and zeal for the next day. if you don't sleep properly then you would be under stress and pressure. sleep not only reduces your stress but it also generates energy. it rests the body parts.

Sleeping is healthy if you do it correctly. And by correctly I mean you have to go to bed early and rise early too. Sleep n a comfortable mattress. Try to have total darkness in your room. This all will help your internal organ to rest and heal. And please, do not sleep when you are handling the wheels on the road. It is definately detrimental for your health!!!

My parents told me that sleeping is healthy if you know when to sleep and when to wake up. You won't get pimples if you sleep early(for teenagers like me), and you won't easily fall sick too. But too much sleep is also not very good for health, and will cause your body to malfunction. The best time to sleep is 10pm, and the best time to wake up is 9~10 in the morning.
