My apologies again for not keeping you all updated better on my daughters progress. The surgery was a complete success and she is not paralyzed. There is weakness in her left hand and arm and she will tire easily on long walks but other than that there doesn't seem to be any long term issues. She is still bi-polar and those issues still have to be dealt with but the constant headache is gone.
If you wish to read more about Bobbie and her battle with a brain tumor read my original mylot post here:

I have also written articles to include a poem on my AC site, read them here:

This is the poem I wrote I titled Homeward Bound:

Bobbie takes a lot of medication, some because of the tumor others because of the bi-polar. She is doing well but has voiced that she worries the tumor will regrow. MY granddaughter carries the same fear.
My question to you all is this:
Have you or a family memeber had to deal with a brain tumor? Did it return?
Thanks to all who prayed for Bobbie. The many prayers worked and lead the surgeons hands to remove just the tumor, no brain tissue had to be removed. Praise God!!

I'm sorry to hear that your daughter had a brain tumor. I'm glad to hear she is recovering so well.
If it helps any, remind her that Lance Armstrong also has had a brain tumor, and won several races after his surgeries... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lance_Armstrong
