Do you believe in the saying "Attitude supersedes talent"? I really believe in this saying since what is more important for a person to succeed in life is his attitude on the way he live his life because skills or talents acquired like PC skills, can be learned while attitude is in born and it is very hard for a very skilled person to succeed if he does not have the right attitude in doing things the way it should be.
I also believe that most companies today does not only look on the skills and experience of the applicant but also on his ability to immerse himself in the culture that has been established already within the organization.

I agree with you.
I don't surely mean about 'Attitude supersedes talent', if it fellow i think, you mean about everyone can have different.
For me i think who have more experience to solve accidental situations, may have more than another. If i wrong you can suggest to me.

I completely agree. Especially about companies considering the attitude of the person they intend to hire. I know my dad always looked at the attitude of the person when he was looking to hire people at his workplace. Experience is all well and good, but when it comes to working with people, attitude is essential! Skills can be learned, but attitude is either there, or it's not.
Thanks for the very good discussion.
