Hi ever since I was a child, I was told that eating carrots can give you better eyesight. I just wonder if this is true? Isn't that poor vision is sometimes associated with age? Thank you for those who will respond.

What I know of this is the way how you take carrots. If you're already eating it since your early childhood then may maybe it adds credit on your eyesight but when you just learned to eat at your latter age, I don't think it helps much, but I believe that mind is stronger than our physical body. It would just maybe a mind settings. Just like believe that you could get it and you can get it...believe that you will be cured and yes you well...Thanks

Carrots are rich in beta carotene(vitamin A).carrots are good for eyes, they prevent night blindness and dryness of the eyes.of course,as ageing occurs some eye problem arises.
