I have acne on chest and a little on my face, what can I do?

I have this problem since I was 14 and now I am 17. Acnee on my chest, and on my face( not more like on chest) but it's concern me, because you know with acnee on your chest, it really bad:(

For my acne I use panoxyl. I don't know if it's available in your country. Anyway, it contains benzoyl peroxide. It works for me over night.
