I know that I need to sleep more, at least in order to get a better skin condition. But I just could not do it. I always play computer until very late in the night. Like now,it is 1:59 in our country in midnight, however, I am still playing computer, and do not want to stop. And tomorrow, I need to get up early, so I could only sleep 5 hours in the night. I just want to do something to control myself, however, what is it ?

Hello. I think you should change your habit and get more sleep. 5 hour is definitely not enough. I think you must have at least 6 or 7 hours in order to keep yourself healthy. I know it will be difficult to change the habit right away, but always bear in mind the importance of enough quality sleep and try to increase the sleeping hour gradually. Good Luck.

sleep more give your body time to repair damage body tissues during your waking hours. besides it is the most effective beauty regimen that you can do. See the results and feel your skin when you wake up after an 8-hour or more of complete sleep. Aside from that lack of sleep makes you gain more weight co'z their is a hormone in our body that do its work to burn more calories. so take time to rest it is good for your health.

i was like that when i was in college. as long as the body isn't getting the flu then i think the body can take few hours of sleep. besides, i read that some people really can get along with a few hours of snooze. the human body is a magnificent machine. when something is wrong with it it lets you know .

Sleeping late is one habit even I practice. One thing I suffer from everyday is back pain.I really want to get rid of it.But my sleeping habits are such that I am making my life unhealthy.Second,I strain my eyes so much that I get tears without any effort.Just one of the few reasons I am trying to sleep early.

I don't think that it's such a bad think. However, I know that doctors suggest that adults get approximately 8 hours of sleep a night. I'm not sure why this is the recommended number of hours of sleep a night, but all I know is that 8 hours is what the doctors recommend.

I do not know what it is, I am a sleepy head, I need more than 6 hours to sleep and more or less is what I had last night, and I had an appointment in the morning, I am not feeling that great. I am trying to go to sleep from ten to six in the morning from here on. Except that when it is time to go to sleep I do not want to go to bed.

I've noticed that my quality of sleep is way more important than the quantity. I get only about 6 hours a night, and I feel pretty good with that amount.

i read in a magazine that having less than 7 hours of sleep is bad so try to lie on your bed for a couple of hours that wouldn't hurt.Ü

well, according to medical books the number of hours required for sleep actually depends on the age of the person. for example, an infant or a toddler definitely needs more sleep than an older adult. so let me ask you this, how old are you? furthermore, based on what you also said, you mentioned that you sleep late because you couldn't stop yourself from playing on your computer. that to me is an indication of an unhealthy habit. unhealthy habits like smoking, excessive drinking, or even spending excessive hours on your computer can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle. the end result, illness and an unhealthy body. i do hope you find other more productive alternatives to spend your valuable time with. at least, with that, you can spend lesser time just playing online games which is as fun as that may sound, isn't really that productive at all. :-)

It is a big problem for you, I think. Sleep so short is harmful to your body and this habit will probably cause something bad in the future. I think you should set some clock alarm to remind yourself about the time, and when it's time to sleep, you should force yourself to bed and when it's time to get up, you should tell yourself that it is a must to get up. After a while of keeping a good order of your time, I think you can change your bad habit and have a better control of yourself.

Yeah, I know, it is a really big problem for me. I know it is very harmful to my body and my skin. Maybe I am young and for the time being that is a not very big problem. But in the long run it would bring me some trouble. I know I need to force myself to go to bed early and get up early, too. I think I will try to control myself and I hope in the near future, I will bring my schedule to normal. Good luck to me!

Hello colydf I think it is just a matter of disciplining ourselves. Learn how to say "NO" or "NO MORE" to your self. Don't you know that the biggest enemy of ours is just within us "Ourselves", if you will know how to control yourself then you can solve your problem...Keep it..
