Because you did not know that your post will only be credited after 24 hours and that is the reason why even if you post a lot or response to a lot of discussions, you would only see $0.00 in your account. Earnings only get updated once in 24 hours and that's why your earnings are still 0.00. There is no way someone can tell how much you earn, it depends on your activity and on whether you do tasks or not.

A few things to remember is when replying to discussions make sure you responses are long 4-5 lines if you can manage it at least and ensure they are relevant. Try some tasks. If you post about 3-4 times a day and comment on about 30 discussions with good, well written, 3-4 line comments every day. You can make a around $0.75. And if you know what you are doing and are very helpful and nice you can easily make a blog with referrals or put banners on your profile with the latest *Trustworthy* money making sites. This will increase your all around income while making new friends, exploring ideas, browsing the web, and making a little on MyLot! That is how I do it and it surely works for me. I don't bother with the tasks because most of the time it is annoying to rewrite and wastes my time. well your earnings are not updated straightaway it will take 24 hours for your earnings to be updated. Look at the task section you can find things there that will make you money quicker than doing discussions. Otherwise jst keep doing the discussions and responding to them.
