Just Watched Knowing w/Nic Cage

For a movie that I thought was going to be pretty retarded (and I am a Cage fan), I actually thought this movie was pretty good. My only complaint was that the sound got SOOO loud in the dramatic parts, and so quiet in the talking parts. Other than that, good flick...any opinions?

to tell you the truth ,i don't like this movie though i have a high expectation of it before i atually watch it,i think i most unsatisfied with the end of this movie,it just looks so unreasonable,thus it is quite hard to understand the director's real purpose of this ending ,and what do you think about the ending?

I thought it was good...I thought the graphics were a little far fetched, with the children running through the gold grass to what I am assuming was the tree of life. But for the odd movie that it was, I thought the ending fit it. I was so sad when he (Nic) didn't get to go with the kids, but I had slighly suspected that would happen. And, if you believe that you go to heaven when you die, and this was to symbolize the end times, then he was a good man, and maybe he got to go be with his wife. Which made it a happy ending.

I heard this movie was pretty good from people I know who saw it and from a lot of critics who saw it. I do love these types of movies about the end of the world so when I first saw the preview I wanted to see it. I still have to see it been very busy though but hopefully soon ill see it.

Hi, yes the same was for me but I thought that it was the copy I downloaded. So it seems that it was the movie itself. I had higher expectations though. It was a good movie but didn't like the end much. Usually I always like movies in which Nicholas Cage takes part.

I am not a Cage fan, and I did enjoy this movie. The previews were promising, but I didn't expect it to be all that great of a movie. I'm glad I decided to go ahead and watch this one, it was not a waste of time or money.
