How often do you do "maintenance" on your computer

Just wondering how often everyone does this. For me I usually do simple things to my computer at the end of the week. Such as doing disk checks, defragmentation, using a product called CCleaner to get rid of junk on my computer then I will use a program called glarysoft utilities to do other cleanings. Then I will make sure all my third party applications are up to date. If I must I organize personal files into folders and then delete them when needed. So how often do you do this to your computer? What programs do you use to help you out? Have you ever cleaned you computer to find a file you needed a while back? When you are done doing this do you try to keep it like that as long as possible?
