N97 hard reset question

If I do a hard reset what exactly do I lose
i.e.do Ilose my photos and vids.
I got my contacts backed up with outlook so their ok.
just wondering about the other stuff

Hey,
Yes you will lose everything that is on your phone, it will pretty much come with all the stuff it did, when you first got the phone. Try and back up everything you have, your pictures and videos. It will be hard if you lose everything. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

Usually when you hard reset anything you will lose EVERYTHING. I had to reset my phone and I lost everything and I also reset my computer a couple of months ago and I lost everything as well. It sucks so I would try to backup everything if possible.
