Do Probiotics Boost Immunity?

I have been intrigued by the concept that all diseases start in the colon when the good bacteria are overwhelmed by the bad bacteria. And if the food in your colon is not properly digested and remains in your gut too long can it start poisoning you and undermining your immunity.
Since, I have got good results(increased circulation and my feet aren't as cold) from a resveratrol supplement from this company, I am thinking about trying there probiotic formula with a 120 billion good bacteria, hard to believe, http://www.extremehealthusa.com/dailyprobioticformula.html

When food is properly digested, all the nutrients are absorbed by the body and properly so. The cells of the body become healthy and the immune system is improved as a result. I have been taking probiotics regularly last year and the effects have been good.

There are between 10 to 100 trillion microorganisms in our gut and they are principally responsible for digesting the food that we take. Without them we would be unable to function at all. Cheers!!

yes it's true. The good bacteria in our stomach are also called our normal flora. It normalizes our digestion. If in case you have any illnesses, certainly the bad bacteria will outnumber the good ones resulting to inflammatory response and infection. In our country, we drink "Yakult" which is a probiotic milk product that tastes good.Ü
