In my personal experience now days the younger single woman tend to asked me directly on my marital status when we just met or introduced. But older woman mid 30 above usually never bother about the status until sometime. My opinion better ask in the first place so we know how to position ourself.

May be the girls see you a handsome young man and want to clarify your marital status. That is they can decide how to take you seriously in their life. And aged women don't care as they have settled in their life already with some other man. So,take it as a credit whenever a single woman inquires about your marital status.Cheers!

Are you disturbed for them being straight. That is the confidence they have gained after they can earn their own bread and stand on their own legs. They can't be like the old day girls who can't shoot inquiries like this. But that can't be taken to be impolite manners.Just appreciate their bold attitude towards men.Cheers!

Ha...ha...ha..a good husband. Thanks for the compliment.
The problem sometime they don't believe I'm married until I have to show the real proof.I told my wife, my new lady friend in the sport club asked me to went diving together in overseas which I rejected strongly. She & my daughter did come to the club and I introduced them to my lady friend, after this incident I never saw her anymore in the club. I feel pity of her but at the same time feel relief. This lady just broken with her bf, its hard to explained I rejected her because I married not because she was not attractive or ugly girl.

It is perfectly alright. For they must also guard against being taken for a ride.

When I meet someone that I might be interested in, I ask them about that kind of thing right away. I'd rather seem a little rude than get myself caught up in some kind of drama. I would also much rather have someone ask me than assume I'm single and start hitting on me.
