To Kill a Mockingbird is a very famous story- many, many people have read the bok or seen the movie.
I had to read the book for a class in middle school, and then we watched the movie in class. I would have never though to read or watch it on my own, but I thought they were both great.

I had to read it for my GCSE's! When I was reaing it for my GCSEs I hated it because I had to read it and analyse it, etc but now that I don't have to read it I love reading it. It teaches people so much about equality and real life isses! Some of which are still happening today.
I think this is a classic book that will never die out! A sign of a good writer!!

Hey,
Yea we have also read the book in school and also seen the movie in class as well. I think that most schools around the world do read this book and watch the movie as part of the course. It is quite a good story. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I actually own a copy of To Kill A Mockingbird. I think it is an amazing novel. It is one of the books that I can read over and over again. I simply love it.

I read To Kill A Mockingbird when I was in middle school. I thought it was a meaningful book. Even the title itself is powerful, it condemns killing a tame mockingbird. But the book itself had a powerful story to tell, a message to spread, and the writer weaved in the story with the moral itself beautifully.
I have always enjoyed reading classics, like Jane Austen, Jane Eyre, I now how they have the perception of being boring to read, but when you get past the old english, it's the complete opposite. Classic novels are named timeless for a reason, they are established, and praised for the message or the great writing style, so I think it's never a waste of time to read them, they teach you a great deal of life lessons!

I read the book in high school and have also seen the movie several times, and I think it is one of the rare instances that the movie and the book are equally good. The movie had such wonderful acting and played out the story so well, that the fact that some of the details were left out didn't affect someone who read the book already, and the book was still just as great as the movie because it was so beautifully written that you didn't need to have actors playing it out, because it was brilliant that you could play it out perfectly in your mind.

I have read the book, a long time ago and I also saw the movie. I found both very moving and well acted (the movie). I´m glad that a classic passed the proof of time and can be seen as I did decades ago.
