I love to start when I'm at mood and I have things to clarify. There are instances that I ask 1st my friends then from them I could have an idea to raise it as a discussion if I want to now more information. Though most most my activity is to respond in topics within my interests started by others. What about you? Where you enjoy most?

I prefer responding to discussions. That's where i earn the most from mylot.I am not so good in starting discussion and not many people respond to them.Just a few of my friends respond.I love to respond to discussions as i can tell different views about my mind.I can also help out people with their problems. When i have questions in my mind that's where i start discussions.

I have never used the search tab before. But you can try to put the keywords while searching. For example if you are talking about pizza. Then just put the word pizza in the search tab.If you find your question asked before.Try starting another discussion. If you have doubts you can ask.

That's true the best way to ask is to start a new thread. You could possibly answered by many mylotters. You are a senior here and I wanna tell you that sometimes out of curiosity I asked and raised topics and unknowingly the same has been started already. Now I am aware that it's safe to use the search tab.But sometimes it shows no similar prior discussions but after I posted there is actually. Something wrong in my way? What should be the word to search first?

This is my fulfillment in mylotting whenever I reply back to a response or from the starter of any topic I responded. Yes it's my habit to comment! Happy mylotting!

I already started discussion like this. Lol! Based on the responses I've got, most myLotters prefer to respond than to start. But I myself prefer to start than to respond to others' discussion. It is more fulfilling to start a discussion and receive a lot of responses. It's a great feeling that there are people who got interested with my chosen topics. In return, we should give comments to every responses but unintentionally sometimes, I just can't comment them all, specially if it's too many, because I am not given many hours here in myLot since I have work. So most of the time, what I do here in myLot is starting and commenting to my discussions. Happy myLotting!

It's fine with me, nothing to worry. Sometimes, we just unintentionally repeat a topic that was been discussed already. May you have many responses. Happy myLotting!

Oooops so sorry!I never intended to repeat if any a prior topic you already started as this one! (honest after I search I saw a topic that was 3 years ago and hence I dare to edit and continue with one). Hope you get my true intent. Thanks for informing me. Happy mylotting.

Well its much easier to respond and sometimes more fun too, but you earn more when you post your own discussions, but sometimes that can be a bit difficult becuse thinking of fresh and interesting topics is not as easy as it may seem. so I prefer responding more, but I make it a point to also post discussion too.

Yes, you have the very common reason. In my case with or with out a response whenever I have a question to clear I raise it as a topic and luckily there are some who answers but there are also times that no response I get.

I prefer responsing on discussion. Its hard for me when I have discussion started I can't manage to put a comment on my responser. That is why when I have a started discussion , I made sure that , that the discussion is important to me so that I can response to any response I will be receiving, who contributed their thoughts on my discussions. I know that what is really important is that we let our response know that their response is being appreciated so that they will response again to some of my discussions.

i'm more of a responder than a starter. i rarely start any discussions unless i have some interesting facts to share. so usually i'll just keep a lookout for interesting discussions. i'll respond to them and then go on to other discussions. i've joined mylot for more than a year but have started less than ten discussions.

Hmmmmm, you have the point to respond is interesting though in starting a discussion you'll enjoy more when you receive more messages. But it depends on our interests. Thanks for your response here.

Yeah to respond is easier than to start a topic but in my experiences here in mylot once there is a response in the discussion I started I make a double happiness with that. I mean whenever you receive messages it makes you more excited, I guess this is the same for all of us, right! Hope I could be your friend, thanks. I enjoy with having many friends for different places.

I find responding so much easier to do than starting most of the time because I have a hard time coming up with something even though I know there are tons of things to talk about. Only when something is right there on my mind do I start discussions. I know some people start several discussions a day and I wish I had their energy and thinking skills!

When I have something to say I start a discussion and when I don't have anything in particular on my mind I respond to the discussions started by others.

I enjoy responding to topics more. I just find it easier to write longer and sensible comments more. When I started here, I used to start a lot of discussions, but then I think now I don't have any good discussions to start so I just comment on ones that I think are interesting. But when i think of good discussions to start, I usually post it.. that is, when I remember what the discussion is. LOL.

I prefer to respond to discussions that other people start. Though there are those instances where I have a question or would like opinions on something. Some days I just have an itching to start a discussion, especially if I hadn't started one in a while!

Hmmmmm, you have the point. It's useless to respond to some questions if its not within your interests. Tendency is even if you answer you'll not enjoy with it. Thanks.

Am happily to say that i prefer to respond more than to create a topic. my chances of being replied to is slim unless i get lucky if some one is interested in the topic. it's alright i prefer responding instead of making discussions. for now, i have seen new discussion that still caught my interest. have a great day

Honestly I dont have any discussion started yet. I prefer to response to the existing discussions. It is because I can easily make reply and ideas on what to response to them. It is a waste time for me to think and stay hang online creating discussions. I will also do discussion but not now. If I have a very good topic then I will post it. You're right we must be in the mood on creating so that it has a quality and rated nice by mylot.

Yes, just be sure that you search on tab to avoid duplicate and if so your discussion will be deleted and in result it will result to your earnings deductions. It's nice when you receive responses for your topic but don't worry if nobody respond on it 'coz in your earnings it will not effect!
