The one that has done best for me is matrixmails although I have a good size downline and am an upgraded member which does make a difference. Everyone has their own opinion I guess as to what it the best site. There are many good ones out there that pay fast. Most will pay with paypal. I'm not sure about alertpay or moneybookers though.
