What is the purpose of Life?

Sometime, I think why are we here , just to eat,drink,earn money,spend that money ,marry & give birth to new ones.I have searched a lot on our existense , why we are here but still I am not getting an answer that what is the purpose of my life & its destination.It is like we are on a path running on & on but dont know where to go.There is no answer that has satisfied me yet but I will keep trying to get an answer .Please think about it & respond.

God has given us this life.We come out of our mothers womb.We grow physically till some age.But there is no end to mental growth.We are so much infected to practice whatever we see around us.Frankly whatever we see around us is not "real".To put up simply,"real" is God.
Spirituality is not just a word.Its the only mode to attain genuine knowledge.In order to get started with spirituality is to read books like Bhagavat Gita.This is all I am going to recommend you now.You will understand all by your self.

Hai! You are an Indian & so I ,but your answer to read bhagwat geeta is not satisfaying me , MY question is general(about being a human ) whats the aim of this life? For what pupose you are here. But no issue , thanks for your response & suggestion.
