It baffles me when I see people in my gym working out without drinking water. I for one would not be able to do that. I can put away up to two liters of water within 2/3 hours of working out thou I have to say sometimes it feels like im drinking too much ....

I don't think so . I think you are doing just the right thing. I would workout for an hour daily and I drink up to a liter of cold water. If you are sweating a lot and you don't drink water, you'll be dehydrated. Water is good for the body and I haven't heard of drinking too much water is bad. Drinking lots of water is also good for people who has bladder problems and constipated.

It is scientifically proven that during exercise your body can release more water than it can absorb. You must hydrate before working out, during, and after. If you think you are drinking too much water during working out, drink more. You lose a ton of water through sweat and you need to replenish your body's water supply constantly. If you go into a workout dehydrated, then chances are no matter how much water you drink during your workout your body won't be able to catch up on it's water absorption.
