Is Rich PTC Turning Scam?

rich ptc - $1000 payout - rich ptc pays $1 for each click and has a payout limit of $1000.but is the site turning scam?

Hello, Any members of Rich PTC out here? Could you please tell me if you have any updates as to whether this site is turning scam? Of late,I have noticed that the number of ads on the site has reduced and the site is also taking a longer time to load. Do you feel the same way? I am worried because I already have a lot in my account though I know it would take at least two more months for me to reach payout,if at all the site pays. Has anyone here already reached payout? If you have any update,please share it with me because if it is indeed turning scam,then I will stop clicking on this site. Thanks in advance.
