Until they reach a certain age they cannot wait for the morning to go outside. With my girl it was about 6 months, and my boy took longer his was almost a year.
Puppies take as much work as babies some times. You have to get up at night to let them do their thing other wise you will be cleaning it in the morning and it will take longer to house train them

I have 2 dogs and my bichon was very easy to train, but on the other hand my pomas very difficult to train. She kept going in the house, and most of the time it was my fauglt as she would run around in circles to let me know she had to go, but I just never pocked up on it. Now she wits by the patio door for me to let her out. The bichon will ring the bells on the door to go out and she has done that from the first day I taught her ho to use them. Now that it is summer, they want out moe than they want inside, as they have their toys out there and they also have one they play tug of war with. You might have to start using puppy pads as that is how I finally got my pom trained. It does take awhile but at least she knew what they were for, and she went on them. Have a great day, and happy mylotting.
