Haunting Memories (DARK)

Haunting Memories Echoing phantoms call to me from the depths of my mind Haunting demons reaching up from their sub-conscious binds Pleasuring visions of pain lashing at the soul again and again Bittersweet sight of a never to be life tears of blood, rivers that stains The banshee's call rings in my ears her beautiful voice singing mortal sin For how can I love that which is never to be Nor can I exist in what has been They call to me with promising whispers lies of foretold happiness and peace or bring me pleasuring visions of past those laughing minions of memory never cease
