Vacation in Boston, MA ---ideas welcome!

Hello myLot friends! My family and I will go to Boston, MA (USA) for a mini-vacation next June 2010. We are going to spend around 3--5 days there, I have found some websites and I am looking at some travel books.
However, I know there are people here from Boston and who have already traveled there. It'll be our first time there. I'd love to see some of your recommendations such as:
a) places to eat (recommended local foods or good places to eat at)
b) events or concerts (perhaps there are some good museums or public concerts in June?)
c) Any must-go-to places in Boston.

I went to Boston 4 times this year and I absolutely loved it!! I would recommend doing a ferry ride; they offer ones to Salem, MA, where you can visit various "witch' attractions. THat was a lot of fun!! They also have many blue-man group shows. I loved Boston soooo much and I dream of going back there!!
