An attempt to somewhat replace the Nurses Balls??? In some bizarre way, I get this feeling. I hope it becomes a regular fun thing at Jake's though!! So much have the cast have more talents than just acting, I say bring it on, bring back the fun side of GH. Of course, this also is just the calm between the storm of the mob violence and hits and gunfire galore. But it is light and fun and that's what GH has been sorely lacking lately...in my opinion, of course. What's yours?

I miss the Nurse's Ball too.. but this, hopefully,,, will be an often thing seen instead of just once a year. I really had fun watching it last 2 days. Robin and Patrick were so good (and I don't like her!) and then today the three girls.. not one could hold a tune, but their actions were so good and fun and it was just enjoyable to watch! The show really needs this now,...as I think general concensus is that it is getting boring... long drawn out storylines and all. I hope they keep Jakes Kareoke Night and have it at least once a week and someone sing for whatever reason!!! I think it is just what the show needs!

I thought Robin and Patrick were great and fun. I can't wait to see who else steps up to the mike and gives it a shot.
I miss the Nurses Ball! Lucy was such a hoot as emcee. I always loved seeing the stars hidden talents. I fondly remember the skit that Alan (Stuart Damon) did with Emily (Amber Tamblyn).
I think more fun and less gunplay would improve the show greatly!
