Hi. I just realised that my country (Brunei) are not able to withdraw or receive money on Paypal. What a let-down! So my earnings in Mylot and some other PTC river are not withdraw-able. Why do you think Brunei not eligible to receive money from Paypal?

I am from India and pay pal is allowed here.I am earning good money from Internet and also getting paid through pay pal after that I get a cheque from pay pal. I do not have any Idea why your country is not allowed in pay pal. I suggest you directly contact help support to pay pal they will give you a better idea.

It's good your country can withdraw money from Paypal. I did sent a request to Paypal. In Brunei, many sellers are expressing the same issue recently in our Brunei Times newspaper.

I think you still have options in getting internet payments on your hands.
You can try moneybookers. if not, you can do currency exchange in trusted sites.
But Risk is there in the second step I mentioned.
The negative with moneybookers is that they immediately convert the received amount to your country's currency and then credit in your net account, they say that such is a the rule (of Indian gov, they say), thus they charge conversion on that at that time.
Then, at the time of sending, they conduct all transactions in Euro so they would convert the Rs amount again to Euro and transfer to India, and on receipt, your bank would transfer the Euro back to INR, so you incur triple conversion charges instead of once. Even than, Moneybookers is much cheaper than paypal.

I am mainly based in Australia and Japan, but it is available in both countries.
Only thing I can suggest is to use the PayPal credit to purchase something, then cash it in or resell it locally. In a way, this is exactly how some people makes money out of online auctions. It may cost time and effort, but depending on how smart you are at investing your PayPal credits, you may even make some profit out of it.
G'luk!
