I can't remember my last reading date.I spent much time reading during my student years, and i gradually reduced my reading time since getting in job.I often spend a great deal of time to chat with my friends or colleague, for i work in a town government and i have much idle time per day.I can feel that I need to improve my knowledges by reading such as law, art, computer, life, finance, stock, etc. But I am just a little busy and lack of insistence to do.could you tell me how to do that?

Well i think you can't gurantee anything in our life , but reading is good form of leisure but don't force yourself if you won't wanna read it yea .

Don't go for so many diverse topics right at the start. Try to find the topic that interests you the most and start with it. Once you get 'used' to reading, I'm sure you'll automatically divert to other books and topics. Chers:)

You need books. Having books around can encourage you to read. Try to buy one book than after reading it...buy another one. Try to view: www.medfoodpedia.com

Enjoy reading!
