Yea. Somehow. Well. It's more in the person. Emotion flows with the music. Some can ease the pain if there is a music background. There are lots of music that heartbroken people can relate on.

Definitely. It soothes not only heart but also soul.Last week I broke up with my girlfriend .I wanted to say sorry so I sung the Song 'Cant smile without you' for her and it worked .She was literally crying after I finished singing.Well anyways I really admire the vocals of Robert Plant and Kurt Cobain.

Music does not soothe a broken heart nor mend it. It makes us more miserable. Say you're broken hearted and you hear a love song playing on the radio. Suddenly, you remember the what happened, you remember how your heart was broken. It brings back the pain. I'm not saying that's bad. I mean, that makes us realize that what we felt was real. That only proves that love is real. That it exists.
Yes, that's us. We love to be miserable. It makes us human. It makes us stronger. It makes us want to go out there and try loving again until we find the one for us.
