Hi, cool_bollywood. My husband took a bagful of clothing that I had that I didn't want anymore to the Salvation Army last week. It was mostly clothes that were mines. Or clothing that my children have outgrown. I don't like to hold onto any old clothing that I don't need. I would rather to just let the Salvation Army have any clothing that I can't wear anymore.

Hi, Cool!
Living in the subtropics means there's almost always a hurricane or two to devastate us or our near neighbors. My clothes usually go to those relief efforts. Anything left goes to charities that pass them along to the needy.

I donate them. I never ask for anything in exchange, I mean, that's not the point of giving. I do give clothes to my cousins but I rarely do since they can afford new stuff anyway. The needy deserve and need it more than my cousins do. :-)
