fixing to start wlaking 1 mile per day

hey i am fixing ot start walking 1 mile per day but it is like 100 degres during teh day so i ahve to wake up early or wlak when it is dark and there is nto many street light in the country. well the main thing is that i need some upbeeat music i liek nay hting but gosple and rap kk thanks any suggestions

Hi, friend. That`s good you are concious about your health. But, as the experts say, walking one mile won`t do much good to you. You should better give time to workout+stretching or jogging.

well that is just like the base to the prymid but iam also gogin to be workong out on a abloung thing a bow flex thing and i will be doung upside down sit ups and all that kinda of stuff

That's great that you're going to start doing that! Wonderful. Yes, it's hot where I am,too, and I try to do a good amount of walking every day. The best thing is, if you can, to walk in the evening during sundown. Then you don't have to worry about it being dark as long as you get back before dark, but it'll still be cooler than if you go during the day.
Best of luck with this goal! I hope you can find the music you're looking for. :) Music always helps me stay motivated, too,when I exercise.

it is hte hottest around sunset here soo i have to wlak at night or like 5 in the moring

you can walk now but one thing is
donot start any thing so suddenly so that it pains you
you start walking small distances and then go for more
keep increasing the distance day by day so you feel less pain
as for your health jogging and walking are like the best
they are more better when you have someone along with you
or your music its a good thing
take up fast music that keeps up with your momentum

ic na handle a mile by it self easley but normly i jsut got down wrestling with one of my frinds and i am tired and it hurts a little bit around my lungs and heart area but it don't affect me unless i slow down well i cna do teh miel adn all if i wan't but i get distracted 2 easily liek todya i did nto wlak for no reason at all pretty muth i gues si had nouthign to motavate me o well i guess iw ill jsut start all over again 2marrow g night
