Hi there Flagella! Are you referring to cramps? If you are, I experience that once in a while. An average of about twice a month. I get them usually when my monthly period gets near. Also when I am really cold which happened a lot when it's raining and I forgot to turn the air conditioner off. I also get cramps when I stood for a really long time especially when I am wearing high-heeled shoes. I was told that to avoid it, you have to put your feet up, literally after standing for a really long time or when your feet and legs are tired to prevent cramps. Just lie down and use a chair or something to elevate your legs.

well i guess it's maybe because im not feeling well that time. maybe it's also an after effect of all the works that I've doing.i feel that whenever i have stuffs that i was working on and i can't have spare time to rest anymore.i have also learned that muscle pain also can be a sign of conditions affecting your whole body, like some infections (including the flu) and disorders that affect connective tissues throughout the body (such as lupus).if there are people here who suffered the same here are some facts that we should ponder on: For muscle pain from overuse or injury, rest that body part and take acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Apply ice for the first 24 - 72 hours of an injury to reduce pain and inflammation. After that, heat often feels more soothing. Muscle aches from overuse and fibromyalgia often respond well to massage. Gentle stretching exercises after a long rest period are also helpful. Regular exercise can help restore proper muscle tone. Walking, cycling, and swimming are good aerobic activities to try. A physical therapist can teach you stretching, toning, and aerobic exercises to feel better and stay pain-free. Begin slowly and increase workouts gradually. Avoid high-impact aerobic activities and weight lifting when injured or while in pain. Be sure to get plenty of sleep and try to reduce stress. Yoga and meditation are excellent ways to help you sleep and relax. If home measures aren't working, call your doctor, who will consider prescription medication, physical therapy referral, or referral to a specialized pain clinic. If your muscle aches are due to a specific disease, follow the instructions of your doctor to treat the primary illness. i just hope all these help.

I feel pain especially when i sit in front of the pc doing work and mylot activities. I know it makes me feel relax though when i get warm bath at night and raise both of my feet while im laying in my bed for 15 minutes. I also massage them at night using my favorite lotion or olive oil. I dont go for 4 or 3 inches high heel shoes, i only go for 2 and sometimes i just get a flat one. When i realized that i sit in front of pc for a long time, i just massage them or move them just to keep the blood flowing. When it still aches no matter what you do, go and ask your doctor. Happy mylotting and smile always!

i also experienced that.spending long hours in my PC with legs being spread brought cramps to my legs. this time i make sure that i don't use high heels a lot. i prefer flats when going to malls or in the market to avoid pains in my legs. i also apply herbal ointments with menthol.
