What Do You Do When You Feel Somebodys

This happens in real life many times. This happened with me too. I will be really irritated and depressed to go through such a situation. The pain will be more when you deserve a promotion and somebody else get it through back doors. We can't do anything about it, but face the situation thinking that it is bad luck and failures are stepping stone to success. When this situation happened to me, I mean when I desrved a promotion, but the mangement has taken decision to promote my colleague. I was very upset, but I went and congratulated the person on his promotion even though my heart was very angry and upset. When I left the company, I told the CEO about the situation and asked him to take necessary action so that this should not happen to anybody else in the company.

I'd wish the person luck on his success and secretly wish "only if I could be like him/her" and start working hard.

I just deal with it, and figure that my turn will come. We can't be the luckiest person in the world every day, and sometimes we need to make our own luck. It's that person's turn today, and it may be my turn tomorrow, next week, or maybe even next year. Either way, my time will come.
