We have many ways how to cook tilapia here in the Philippines. You can grilled it or you can cook it with tamarind we called it here sinigang. My favorite cooked in Tilapia is paksiw it is easy to prepare what you need is vinegar, onions, garlic, ginger and salt and pepper. I like it also when you cooked it with coconut milk we called it here ginataan.

Try this Baked Tilapia!
Marinate tilapia with white pepper, lemon, ginger, garlic, fish sauce or oyster sauce, salt. Combine chopped green onions, coriander, parsley and butter. Prepare your baking dish by spreading butter on sides. Transfer the marinated tilapia and marinade in the dish and top this with the butter mixture. Bake until fish flakes.
Enjoy!
