I adore my dog pet, she have shes place a nice small house, very comfortable, with shes things, for food, for water, for play, but i don t let she to enter in house, my advantage is that i have a big yard, where she like to play and run.
I will say, and i don t want offence no body, but i am not agree cats or dogs in house, even they are very clean, with own veterinary as mine have too.
i don t like hair in all house, and never a cat who sit on my chair, or even in bed. I know many people who keep theirs pets in house, but i don t like, my pet dog have all good conditions, i say with she , i play, i give all what she like...but not in house.

I keep my cats at home and don't let them out, not that they want to go out anyway... we have kids a few houses over who enjoy torturing pets, i sometimes see a wild animal ran over too, sometimes it looks like the animal was ran over on purpose because it's too close to the side walk. so i'm afraid to let my cats out. once we move out to a nice place i'll let them walk around in the yard, but not here...

I used to let my dog, a yellow Labrador stay in my house when she was young and still small sized. It's not safe to put her along in the court yard, we are afraid she would be stolen. But, she's really a big 'destroyer', my furnitures have been 'destroyed' by her, and every day she gave us different surprise when we came back from work. Now, we just let her stay in the court yard, as she's quite big sized and my house is not spacious enough for her to run around, especially she likes to run around. I don't really mind if my dog stay in the house or sit on my chair, but I just can't let them step on my bed. I didn't let my dog to go upstairs and step into my bedroom even when she was a puppy.

My dog goes into the house. He stays in the house almost all the time because he is a small breed and I enjoy having him in here. He is a really good friend dog and if he stays in the house he doesnt get fleas so that is something that I really like and am interested in. a really good dog who is my little friend.

my animals stay in the house. They follow us everywhere we go, in and outside. The only time our dogs where outside pets is when we had 2 Rotweillers and when I had dogs that where rented out for security.
Some prefer to have their animals out and take very good care of them.

My husband and I have one cat, and he stays inside the house with us. We live in the middle of a big city, so it would be dangerous for him to go outside. When we lived in Arizona we had a cat that went in and out, because we dind't live in a dangerous area like we do here, but here in Guelph Ontario, the cat stays inside.

My doggies live inside our home with us. We consider them part of the family. They are like my own children. I cannot leave my children in the yard, even if it is bi and safe, can I. I know opinions differ, but you're actually missing outo on something icesmile. Slowly let go and let your dog feel fress inside you home. You'll definitley change your mind. You're a nice person though. I can see that you are specially providing for your dogs. Keep it up.

Even though my dog loves to go outdoors and play and go to the park she stays mostly inside, especially when we are gone to work. She likes to be close to us and we consider her part of the family. I know her hair gets all over but that is okay just part of having a dog. I want her to be comfortable and it can get really hot outside or really cold in the winter. We used to keep her inside the house but in a kennel but now she has proven herself to be good so she gets the entire house to herself. No problem.

My dogs stay outside most of the time, but they do come inside when it is cold.My cats let themselves in and out as they please and they are allowed to sleep anywhere they like as they have the run of the house.I do not like all the hair but i find i can clean up behind the cats quicker than i can my own children.Happy Mylotting.

I agree with you,in my chountry---China,many peple like pets, but they won't attach importance to them.So when I see that you have a good arrangement to your pets,I approve of you. I like dog very much, but I won't let she enter in my house.

Yes I do allow my pet parrot "Pappy" to be let inside the house as it is due to interaction that she has learned to say and repeat a lot words we generally use exactly at the right time. She sings the correct song even when the music is started in the television due to repeated telecast at the same time everyday. She squeaks exactly like the door bell and makes a fool of me when I run and open the door to see no one there. She repeats a lot of words exactly at the right moment- all this because I let her inside the house. But I have never let my dog inside the house because of hair falls and ticks he had. His only place ever is in the portico and in his kennel

I just feel that pets are like companions. I give them enough freedom to go anywhere in the house from the kitchen to the bedroom. Its really feels good when you hold your pet in hands when you are depressed. Its a lot fun to take the pics of your cat or dog letting it do whatever it likes. I dont mind them coming inside my house or sharing my bed or even using my bedsheet all to itself.

when i still have a dog, yes we let him go inside our house and he is like a permanent resident there...he is like a child, stays all day long in the house, play for sometime outside, go home when get tired and hungry...at night when he is still a puppy, he sleeps inside and sometimes even beside us...but when he grows older he is no longer sleeping beside us coz he wants to sleep outside...but outside, he has a very comfortable sleeping place, a hut, big hut where people also sleeps...he just sleep on one bench there...but he's gone now...
now, i have kittens and yes i still let them gets into the house, we don't have kids here so i think its still okay. and they are not doing anything bad inside so no problem for me. and my husband loves them...
in your case i think that's just okay coz as you said she has her own cute house and she is properly cared...and i know your dog feels that!

I have two of my dogs that stay in the house because they are so small I am afraid that the birds can take them away. And I have the large one that stays have inside and half outside because he is so large and sheds so bad that our carpet looks like hair by the time he is done laying on it. I end up vaccuuming more then I like to. I love all my pets and I would not treat them unfairly. I guess you would think that it is bad that I let my two small dogs to sleep in my bed. They dont shed its the large dog that is the sedder. It is to each his/her own.

I let my dog and cat stay inside our house because we don't have yard also. My dog and cat are friends they are not fighting instead they are playing together which is funny to look at. I always laugh at them because they are so cute together and they love each other. I don't mind if they do mess inside our house, our pets give us joy, without them our place would be silent and sad.

2 of our dogs stays inside the house while the other two is outside. They could sometimes be very chaotic and the remedy would be putting them on cage. You can train them so that you have pets inside. They're really adorable.Ü
