What age did you start wearing make up ( if you are female)? What age is appropiate for girls to wear make up and why?

Hi, I start wearing make up when I finished my college, I think when a girl finished school, she can wear make up, when we are in school, study is the most important thing for a student, so we need study hard, and don't care about other things, and when we finished school, we get a job, and we can wear make up, I know different country are different.
