This year transfer maybe the last thing Alex Ferguson want to remember. He lost Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez, two of his main goal getter. Just before the end of the season Ronaldo said that he committed to Man United but leave them for Madrid. Carlos Tevez never being like to be in Man United because he is a bench warmer there.
Man United want to bring in Kaka from AC Milan to replace Ronaldo. But, Kaka chose to go to Real Madrid even before Ronaldo did it.
Franck Ribery is under Man Uniter radar and rumor said that they offer 60 million pound for his signiture. Bayern Munich said that Ribery is not for sale. Ribery also never have an interest to play for Man United. If he have to move out from AArena, he prefer to go to Spain where Real Madrid and Barcalona have a bid on him.
The latest one is Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. The former Ajax and Real Madrid player chose to be with Stuttgart in Bundesliga.
What do you think about this event. Doesn't man United lose their attraction? Or maybe Man United is for kids only? Share your thought here.

At this summer, Man United transfered out C.Ronaldo and Tevez and transfered in Owen, two young player. Losing Ronaldo inevitablly decline the attraction from soccer fans. But it maybe not decline the strength of Man United. From the face, the offensive capability of the front line is decline. But Ferguson is undoubtedly outstanding in coach ability. With his direction, the overall strength of Man United may be rise rather than decline in the this years. Let's be the witness.God bless Man United!

Well Alex Ferguson has said today he will not be buying any more players this summer and will do with what he has. He has only lost Tevez and Ronaldo, but bought Owen, Valencia and Obertan. The likes of Macheda, Wellbeck, Gibson, Rafael, etc are a year older and will be better players this year.
Real Madrid have done this in the past buying all the top players. It was not that much of a success before and I cannot see it being that successful this time- too many egos in the team.

Hi madmillionaire,
Ferguson said that because he know that he can't get all the player he want. Top players didn't want to go there. Only the kids glad to be there. And that after a few under table transaction.
You said that Man United have lost ONLY Ronaldo and Tevez and they got Owen, Valencia and Obertan. In term of quantity, Man United got more? But how about quality? Is it quantity is more important then quality? And is this Obertan anywhere? Where is he came from?
I agree with you about this Madrid. They will never win the La Liga because of this few new player and definitely not the Champion League.
Thank you for your response and have a nice day.

Hi vivekasokan,
Yeah ... I agree with you. The departure of Ronaldo and Tevez will effect Man United strike force. They are the main goal getter before. They will find it harder to score a goal especially if Rooney or Barbetov got injured. Owen definitely not the answer for that. He may still have the quality but fitness not on his side. Giggs and Scholes getting older and older, they need extra rest day after each game.
Thank you for your comment and have a nice day.

The thing is when Sir Alex makes a decision it is a well thought one. He has proved time an again what a great strategist he is and I'm sure he'll come good again. If not this season then may be the next. C. Ronaldo was much of an unknown commodity when he came to United and look at the way he's left, with making headlines and all.
When Sir Alex signs someone, he must have seen something in the player and this year we do have a few players who have been on the fringe for far too long and are ready to take on the tougher challenges.

Hi jshekhar,
Yeah ... nobody will denied that Ferguson is a good strategies. But, a good one also made a bad decision some times. Just look at Veron. Veron is a great player at Inter Milan before joining Man United. But what happen then? Same thing happen to Djemba Djemba (I hope I spell it correctly). They are a good player with a great potential but lost in Man united shirt.
Good luck and have a nice day.

Man Utd have just signed Miachael Owen don't forget!
This is one of fergusons biggest gambles! could make him look legendary or like a complete fool!
Owens pretty cheap for only £20,000 a week, it's not bad for a player that decent!

Hi moneyisgreen,
Yeah ... Man United got Owen. But, Owen is not a prime in world of football anymore. He is not what he used to be. The only club want to sign him beside Man United is Hull City. For me, the only good buy by Ferguson so far is Valencia. He is young and fit and play well with Wigan before.
Thank you for your response and have a nice day.
