I can very well live without cell phones for a month. I've no problem with that. I just require the internet and I would call cell phones a redundancy. I hardly use my cell phone when I am in town but find it very useful when I am out of town. Although it is not a major problem it comes handy when you have to convey something of importance and urgency. I feel a bit isolated if there is no cell phone but everything else is fine. People did great when there were no phones. So, even if they go there should be no problem.

I probably could live without it for a month, if I didn't nee it. I don't have a lankdline, so I do need a cell phone for communicating with my chlldren and my ex. I really do enjoy using my cell phone, and in essence, I would be lost withtou it. I haven't been using cell phones for all that long, but I am sure glad that I got started with them, as I didn't know how much I really needed it until now. I know there are probably a lot of people that don't need cell phones, so for them one day without it, is just like another day, but for me, it is totally different. Take care, and happy mylotting.
