How much Water....?

Hi kalily_08! Although I realize the importance of drinking enough water, I haven't really monitored how much water I drink throughout the day. I would guess, it's about eight glasses or more. During mealtime I drink maybe two glasses, and in between I take sips when I am thirsty.

I drink as much as ten to twelve glasses of water per day. Water is very important to keep all the fluids and electrolytes in our body balanced. USually when I can't drink that much water, I feel like my internal organs are suffering. I can really feel something different in my tummy. I think its best that water be a main part of your meal because it would help you with your body's functioning. I love to drink sodas and just because I drink those, it does not mean that I should get rid of water. I make it a point that to every glass of soda I drink, I should replenish my fluids by drinking an equivalent amount of water. This is to expel all the toxins in my body.
