We must to follow our natural rhythms?.Why people who are more productive and creative think that people who can work much better in the evening are lazy?they are not, they make same work, but in different time of the day.
Are you working in the wrong time?
It is important to know when your energy level is at its highest !!
I’m definitely a evening person. I typically get the most done in the evening. I think it’s when I’m most alert and focused.
I am not very productive in the morning, even i can work, my mind is best focused in the evening.
You can be productive and creative if you don t make what you like?i don t think.
So, what time of the day you are more productive?

I am most productive all the time in the day.Except when its night i go to sleep very fast.My energy levels are highest in the morning. My brains are also fresh to do work or study the difficult topics in my lessons.Even when i used to go to work i used to love the morning shift as the climate was cool and i could do work very fast.

I find that I am most productive in the middle of the night, because no one is around to interrupt me, there is no noise from the neighbours, and I can do my own thing. I tend to stay up really late at night, and sometimes when I'm sleeping, good ideas will wake me right up, and I'll have to write them down.

Hello icesmile!
I am the type of person who works at my best in the morning. Perhaps that is because my work schedule requires me to work during the day time. At the end of the day, I feel a little tired already so I become less productive already at that time. But that does not mean, I do not work anymore. For as long as there is something to accomplish, I will have to exert more effort to finish my tasks.
It is only the constant exertion and working of our sensitive, intellectual, moral, and physical machinery that keep us from rusting, and so becoming useless. ~Charles Simmons

I think after lunch my mind is more sharp. Maybe because of the meals or maybe I am almost done with my household chores. I can focus my mind to do some online, internet searching and other online activities. Or maybe it's all in my mind. I set my mind that morning is for household and family and after lucnh is for myself and work. But the most important is every single day is productive to me. Happy mylotting!

I think I tend to be more productive in the morning. For me, the evening is a time to come home from school or work and rest and prepare for bed later on. I like to get things done in the morning, and then, I can feel accomplished later that day.

There's no fixed time. As long as I am not tired, I'm alert. If I'm tired, then poof...there's no way I can concentrate on anything. No even on mylot. I keep dozing when I'm responding. That's when I know I need to have a few winks. Thats enough. I'm up and about, and that can be at any time.

Night. Always the night :)
I always worked better at night, and I am still the same now.
I am not lazy, my internal clock is my guide and the only thing is that it is a bit different from other people.

Hello icesmile,
In term of creativity, I feel that I am more creative in the evening though at times, I have to beat the odds like feeling sleepy and such. I am more hardworking and productive in the morning but my concentration is better in the evening. I do not know about people thinking that whoever can work better in the evening are lazy. All in all, I don't think I am a lazy person as I always doing work almost 24-7 except during my sleeping time

Hi, Ice!
I find mornings to be a total waste. I get up and dressed, and I go to work without completely waking up. I think the car knows how to get there. I manage to be there between 6 and 6:15 every morning, and I come alive some time after 9:00. Fortunately, I'm good at going through the motions.
No matter how exhausted I am at the end of a day, I wake up most completely after dark, and getting to sleep is a real inconvenience! Then, of course, it's hard to get up so early again the next morning!

For most of us, the work-rest time goes day-working and night-resting, if we turn it upside down, a big mess would be expected. i used to be extremely active in thinking at night, especially in the middle of late night, but that doesn't work out for me pretty much, coz the second day i would wake up twelve feeling still unwaken and slow-minded, worse still, the whole noon time was unproductive. so i decided to gave up and pick the regular way of time schedual. Now i feel achieved to be able to drag myself from bed early in the morning. it's like, wow, ther're nearly 4 newly-discovered 4 hours morning time for me to make full us of. the upsides are yet to finish, i feel more energetic for the rest of the day.

i have good concentration at night as long as i am not sleepy.
during day time, there are so many activities and seems its noisy everywhere. i do like working in a silent atmosphere or with soft music on the side. and i prefer it that way without interruptions when i work. ann

Without a doubt I am a morning person! Always have been! For years I have been waking at around 5am, (4am in Summer) and I usually think pretty clear straight away!
At night I struggle to stay up late and from late afternoon, my thoughts are all over the place and I do not get as much done. I am better these days than I used to be at night, but I am no longer working in a job that is hard physical labour.
My wife is the opposite, she struggles in the morning and stays awake past midnight regularly. She actually has trouble getting to sleep earlier than midnight most nights!
It is funny how we each have different body clocks. My daughter is like me and my son is the same as my wife! I really believe that if you wish to be successful in life then you need to make sure you know how your body works and make the most of these times!!!

I'm much more productive in the evening. In the morning I can hardly find the motivation to put on my shoes, but I'm wide awake later in the day. Like, last night I started cleaning my craft room around 7:30, and got so into it, I kept going until after 10pm!

I have always been at my best first thing in the morning. I even wake up around 5am. I get up and meditate first of all, and this sets me up for the rest of the day.
I haven't always been like this. I used to be a musician working until the early hours and then I was a night person. But I soon changed my mind when I quit the music business and realized how peaceful and beautiful the early morning could be. - Derek

Right now I am determined to be more energetic in the morning, I am changing my life little by little and that's where I need my energy, I believe we can be productive when we want, and schedule our sleep, it like when we were kids our parents told us when to go to bed and that is how we clocked our bodies to go to sleep and when to have our energy, which was by the time we went to school, it can happen again. It is a process that I can't remember right now, but I do remember a simple exercise, eat a certain food at a certain time everyday, before you know it, your body will crave it at that time. No fail. I believe we can direct our energy at a certain time as well.

I am a morning person, my brain shuts down after 6:00PM. I am often up at 3:00AM and the day goes on from there.

Our productive time clock is set differently for everyone.
My best work is done in the first five hours after having eaten breakfast. Whether I work days, evenings, or nights. And believe me I've worked all three. When I'm writing I can go at it nonstop for twelve hours. Of course I'm waisted at the end. I almost feel drunk with exhaustion.
What I've come to notice is that when you don't see what time of day it is it is easier to get the work done.
